Sales Leadership Assist the Sales Manager in leading and motivating a team of in‑home sales consultants Coach and mentor sales representatives through ride‑along and field training Help facilitate sales meetings and ongoing performance coaching Reinforce company sales processes, accountability, and best practices Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new sales professionals Help build a positive, competitive, high‑performance sales culture In‑Home Sales Meet with homeowners during pre‑qualified appointments Present customized home improvement solutions Demonstrate product value and financing optionsClose sales while delivering exceptional customer experience Accurately maintain CRM activity and customer documentation Consistently exceed personal sales goals What We're Looking For 2+ years of in‑home sales, home improvement sales, or other high‑ticket sales experience Previous leadership, coaching, mentoring, or team lead experience preferred Proven track record of exceeding sales goals Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills Competitive mindset with a strong desire to win Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven Comfortable working evenings and weekends as appointments require Reliable transportation and valid driver's license #J-18808-Ljbffr
