TransForce is seeking a CDL A or B Driver to support Local operations based in Edgewood, MD. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Local CDL A or B Driver Job Details:

Schedule: 5am - 5pm, Monday - Saturday, Home - Daily
Pay: $281/per day ($1,590 - $1690 weekly)
Route Type: Local
Freight / Load Type: Flatbed
Equipment: Moffett
Handling: Light Touch

Local CDL A or B Driver Job Minimum Requirements:

License: CDL A / CDL B
Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Endorsements: None
Equipment Experience: Flatbed / Moffett
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

Local CDL A or B Driver Job Responsibilities:

Safely operate Flatbed with Moffett on Local routes
Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Perform required handling tasks including unloading with a Moffett at customers homes
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Meet the physical demands of the role, including using a Moffett and putting the straps and equipment away
