Independence Title in the Austin area (Austin Oaks Office), a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services , is seeking an Escrow Support/Front Desk position. Anytime Integrated Services is a full‑service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities All receptionist responsibilities (answering phones, greeting visitors, lobby setup, processing deliveries and mail) Assisting with opening new customer/client files into the database system Office supplies, work/copy room upkeep Assisting Escrow teams with whatever is needed Qualities for Success Friendly, outgoing, sharp, well‑organized person with a strong work ethic and a desire to find solutions to help customers have a truly remarkable experience closing their real estate transactions.
