Compensation, Schedule & Incentives
- Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00/ per hour, based on experience and education
- Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per
week required
* Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on
center needs and your availability
Hiring Bonus
* * $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6
months
* $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6
months
Additional Pay Incentives
- +$2/hour for weekend shifts
- +$5/hour for company-observed holidays
Schedule Needs:
* Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pm

- We aim to match you with clients near your home and we offer mileage
reimbursement if your client is over 20 miles away.

- A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
- Reliable transportation
Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact
As a Behavior Interventionist, you’ll do more than provide care you’ll empower
children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.
Your key responsibilities include:
* 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and
other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD,
and more).
* Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA
supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve
quality of life.
* Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours
per week to ensure steady progress.
* Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next
steps.
* Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive
approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
* Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and
colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
* Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and
company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
