Legal Administrative Assistant / Paralegal Support

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to provide paralegal and administrative support.The ideal candidate will have strong typing, communication, organizational, and file management skills, with the ability to maintain legal records and support daily legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal and administrative support for legal services and related activities.
• Maintain, organize, and update legal files and documentation.
• Retrieve, review, and compile information from legal files upon request.
• Prepare written reports, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Assist with data entry, typing, filing, and general office duties.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and external contacts.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling legal records.
• Support the smooth operation of the department’s legal services program.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in legal administration, paralegal support, or a related clerical role preferred.
• Strong typing, data entry, and document preparation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and maintain legal files and records accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and manage multiple priorities.
