Dr. Matrullo & Associates is looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our established and growing dental practice in Cranston, Rhode Island.

We are looking for a hygienist who takes pride in providing excellent clinical care, enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients, and wants to be part of a practice that genuinely appreciates and supports its hygiene team .

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus to the right candidate.

We recognize that excellent hygienists are in demand, and we want to make it worthwhile for you to join our team.

1 Hour 15 Minute New-Patient Appointments

We understand that new patients deserve more than a rushed appointment.

Our new-patient hygiene appointments are 1 hour and 15 minutes , giving you the time to thoroughly assess the patient, provide exceptional care, educate them about their oral health, and build a strong relationship from the very beginning.

We want you to have the time to practice quality hygiene care, not simply race the clock.

$500 Hygiene Instrument Allowance

We want you to have the instruments and tools that make you comfortable and allow you to perform at your best.

We provide a $500 allowance for you to purchase new hand instruments or tools of your choice.

Choose the instruments you prefer and use the tools that work best for your hands, your technique, and your style of practicing.

Quarterly Bonus Program

Your contributions to the practice are recognized and rewarded.

Our quarterly bonus structure gives you another opportunity to increase your compensation while contributing to the success of the practice and the care of our patients.

We want to create a schedule that works for both you and the practice.

We are flexible with scheduling and can work with the right hygienist to create a schedule that fits their needs.

Our preference is for a hygienist who can work 4–5 days per week , but we are open to discussing different scheduling arrangements.
