Front Desk Agent 7AM-3PM

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer‑focused Front Desk Agent to join our team for the 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift . As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while ensuring smooth daily hotel operations. Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately. Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries. Process payments and maintain accurate guest records. Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance departments. Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards. Assist with daily reports and shift paperwork as needed. Qualifications Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel management software. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
