Hospice Aide (CNA)
Full-Time

Provide comfort when it matters most.

We're looking for a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) who is passionate about caring for patients and supporting families during one of life's most important journeys. In this role, you'll provide hands-on personal care that helps patients remain comfortable, safe, and dignified in their own homes while working alongside an experienced hospice team.

What You'll Do

Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and light exercises
Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the clinical team
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families
Complete timely and accurate documentation

What You Bring

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (state of practice)
Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Previous hospice, home health, long-term care, or caregiving experience preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach
Strong communication and time management skills
