Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Holliston, MA

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr

Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Participate in and actively support corporate programs and initiatives; understand, support, and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Use judgment to plan, perform, make decisions, and improve the sequence of operations and processes in coordination with other departments.
• Collaborate with other Department Leads and Supervisors to coordinate daily production needs.
• Inspect first piece of raw material, work in process (WIP), and all fabricated parts to ensure quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, checking parts to prints to ensure manufacturing accuracy; review job aids and shop orders.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Machine Operator required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Proficiency with measuring instruments like verniers and gauges.
• Strong math skills for machine setup and adjustments.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
