About the Position

Must be willing to float to other Med/Surg/Tele units as assigned. Previous charge experience is preferred. Experience with community hospital settings is a plus. The facility typically accommodates patients with varied diagnoses. Generally, the unit has a dynamic interdisciplinary support structure. This role involves direct patient care and requires effective communication skills.
