As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will support our Paid Media team by developing strategies, building and managing campaigns, conducting quality assurance reviews, analyzing performance data, and optimizing advertising initiatives across multiple client accounts. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion marketing. Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives and performance goals. Build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple accounts. Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure campaign accuracy and effectiveness. Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports for clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction. Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and paid social media best practices. Qualifications Required Experience 2–3 years of hands‑on experience managing Facebook and Instagram paid advertising campaigns. Proven experience with lead generation and conversion‑focused marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make optimization recommendations. Experience creating weekly and monthly client‑facing reports. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
