Requirements
- 2+ years of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience
- Active Illinois Nursing License
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification
- Active American Heart Association ACLS certification (must obtain within 30 days of start)
- Skills Checklist relevant to Intensive Care Unit, current to 1 year
- Completed 2 Supervisory Reference Forms with employment dates

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status using age-specific data and comprehensive evaluation techniques.
- Demonstrate accurate assessment skills appropriate to age.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and document findings in accordance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary care planning to identify and clarify patient needs for optimal outcomes.
- Assist team members in patient care delivery as needed.
- Facilitate patient teaching and discharge planning to promote favorable health outcomes.
