Position Summary Penn Medicine is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Nurse Practitioner (APP) to join the Endocrinology practice at Pennsylvania Hospital. This role is ideal for a motivated provider who thrives in a team-based environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

The Nurse Practitioner will play a key role in supporting the endocrinology team by evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients with a variety of endocrine disorders. The APP will work closely with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Five (5) eight-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient endocrinology setting
• Perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and care team members
• Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing
• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
• ACLS certification required

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in endocrinology or a related specialty
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
