10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full‑time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Pensacola, FL, including candidates with limited or no professional driving experience through a paid Class A training program. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets; company operations are primarily east of I‑35. The company provides steady freight, reliable home time, late‑model equipment, and comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.

Training program (for candidates with limited or no experience)

• Paid three‑ to five‑week training for recent CDL school graduates who meet the minimum instruction requirement (at least 120 hours).
• Training covers safe tractor‑trailer operation, compliant ELD use, trip reporting, pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections, and company procedures.
• Progress is assessed through supervised driving and competency evaluations prior to solo assignments.

Typical duties

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
• Haul primarily no‑touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any defects or incidents promptly.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Adhere to company safety policies and regulatory compliance requirements.

Qualifications and requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (or eligible for paid training if a recent CDL school graduate meeting the minimum instruction hours).
• Willingness to comply with DOT and company safety and operational policies.
• Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, including conducting vehicle inspections and handling cargo as required by no‑touch operations.

Location and scheduling

• Position based in Pensacola, FL. Fleet assignments may determine regional or OTR routes, with operations primarily east of I‑35.
• Home time typically weekly or every two weeks depending on fleet assignment.
