Emergency Room (ER) Nurse
Shifts available from 03:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
The Emergency Room (ER) Nurse will play a critical role in providing quality care to patients transitioning from the ACC Decision unit to Urgent Care. This position demands expertise in emergency care settings and requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of two years of experience in an Emergency Room setting.
Strong clinical assessment skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Current nursing licensure and certifications as required in the state of practice.
Assessing and triaging patients in an urgent care environment.
Providing nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
Monitoring patient conditions and responding to changes effectively.
Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate medical records.
This role is vital in ensuring a seamless transition for patients receiving urgent care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in emergency medicine and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
