Base pay range $23.00/hr - $24.00/hr Join our growing Team as a Full Time Leasing Associate with Richman Property Services, Inc. in Austin, TX! This position is eligible for our brand new Texas Stay Program , which is designed to reward commitment, celebrate milestones, and support RPS new-hires along the way! You will be eligible to receive up to $3,000.00 during your initial first year with RPS as follows: after 90-days $500.00, after 6 months, $1,000.00, after one year of service, $1,500.00. All bonuses are paid in conjunction with our regularly scheduled payroll timeframes and dates, and are taxable. Employee must be active at the time of the scheduled payout date. Position: Leasing Associate, full time, 40 hours per week. Mon-Friday and weekends Location: La Cima, our 260-unit multi-family affordable residential community located in Austin, TX 78744 Hours: A combination of days during regular property office hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00-6:00pm, and Saturday's 10:00am-4:00pm. Schedule details will be discussed during interview process.
