Client Relations Manager

Compensation: $60,000-$84,000 base + performance bonus + health insurance stipend

We are hiring a Client Relations Associate on behalf of our client - a confidential, fast-growing RIA/IMO firm based in Greater Boston, MA .

This is not your average ops role. This firm has grown from $14M to $160M+ in assets in just three years, and they are not slowing down. They have built a fully virtual, tech-driven practice that runs on systems, not guesswork - and they need someone sharp, organized, and hungry to grow alongside them.

What You Will Do

  • Manage daily portal checks across client onboarding, annuity business, and asset transfer tracking
  • Execute task queues generated from advisor meetings - keeping everything moving without being asked twice
  • Prepare meeting materials, case reviews, and client files for a high-volume advisor calendar (6-9 meetings per day)
  • Support client onboarding from application through completion
  • Coordinate across a small, high-performing team of advisors to keep operations running smoothly

What You Bring

  • 1.5+ years of experience in a financial services operations, client service, or administrative support role
  • Background from an RIA, insurance firm, or independent advisory practice (preferred)
  • Comfort with technology-driven workflows and the ability to figure things out independently
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces without losing the thread
  • A growth mindset - you are not looking to stay in one lane forever
  • Local to Greater Boston and ready to be in the office with flexibility when needed.

What We Offer

  • $60,000-$85,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • $15,000-$75,000 annual performance bonus tied to firm growth
  • Health insurance stipend (~80% of premium covered)
