Facility: Rehabilitation Center of Orlando
Location: Orlando, Florida
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: $77,000 - $90,000 annually

At Rehabilitation Center of Orlando, we are committed to providing exceptional care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team, ensure clinical excellence, and positively impact the lives of our residents every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to maintain high-quality resident care and efficient staffing practices.

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture.

• Manage staffing schedules and workflow to ensure appropriate unit coverage.

• Conduct staff training, competency evaluations, and performance coaching.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation, including MDS-related processes.

• Utilize PCC knowledge to support quality resident care and documentation practices.

• Assist with resident and family concerns, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary care coordination.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and represent nursing leadership throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license in good standing.

• Minimum of two (2) years of long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Experience with PCC (PointClickCare) preferred.
