Our practice is made up of fully licensed practitioners interested in working with adults, families and children. This position is hybrid and offers both in-office and virtual settings. Clear Skies is seeking both full time and part time practitioners interested in setting their own schedule.

• New hire bonus of up to $1,500 for successful candidates

• Small independently owned practice
• Providers achieve 90-100% of their desired caseload within 30 days or less
• Highly competitive compensation of up to $85+/session (generally 90837 / 53-minutes)
• Prompt and reliable bi-monthly deposits, with no unpaid claims concerns
• Flexible hybrid schedule that allows you to decide when you work
• Expedited credentialing that allows you to see clients immediately
• Ability to see patients in-office and remotely at your option
• No mandatory meetings or case reviews

Our Requirements

• Valid CA licensure: LCSW, LMFT or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
• 1+ year of clinical experience
• Desire to work with a local team of professionals
• Preference for working w/ children, teens, young adults is a strong plus
• In office work with patients is required for a portion of your clinical time
• Familiarity with the Google Office platform is a plus
