Hybrid/remote flexibility may be available after a successful 90-day evaluation, based on business needs. When: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with immediate hiring to support growing transition activity. Salary: Compensation depends on experience and qualifications. Job Summary The Transition Accountant is responsible for managing the orderly and accurate financial transition of newly acquired properties. This role oversees portfolio assignments ranging from 5–15 properties, coordinates bank setup and system configuration, loads financial data, communicates with prior management companies, and resolves accounting discrepancies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and capable of working independently in a deadline-driven environment.
