Location: Syracuse, NY
Schedule & Pay
1st Shift
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- $18.00 per hour
2nd Shift
- Monday – Friday
- 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- $20.00 per hour
About the Opportunity
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Heat Press Operators. In this role, you will help produce high-quality products by operating heat press equipment, monitoring production standards, and ensuring customer specifications are met.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, production, assembly, printing, or machine operation experience who are looking for a stable, full-time position.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate heat press equipment and related production machinery
- Prepare materials and components for processing
- Verify job specifications and ensure production requirements are met
- Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and accuracy
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues when necessary
- Maintain production records and complete required paperwork
- Keep workstations organized and follow all safety procedures
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, printing, or machine operation is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable standing for extended periods throughout the shift
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
