What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, and company-provided opportunities
• Perform roof inspections (we train you)
• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, damage, and options
• Work with insurance claims (storm damage) and retail customers
• Close deals and manage projects through completion
• Use CRM tools (JobNimbus, CompanyCam) to stay organized

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work evenings and some weekends
• Sales experience is a plus (not required — we train the right person)
