Powerhouse Construction is one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in the Hickory area, proudly serving homeowners across Western North Carolina. We specialize in residential and commercial roofing, storm restoration, and retail roofing solutions.
We are a preferred contractor with Owens Corning and were recently recognized as a top-rated roofing company in Catawba County.
We don’t hire average. We build killers in sales.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, and company-provided opportunities
- Perform roof inspections (we train you)
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, damage, and options
- Work with insurance claims (storm damage) and retail customers
- Close deals and manage projects through completion
- Use CRM tools (JobNimbus, CompanyCam) to stay organized

Pay Structure

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work evenings and some weekends
- Sales experience is a plus (not required — we train the right person)
