Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the yard and shop, ensuring efficient and safe processes.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and tracking materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Supervise a team of Mechanics and Yard Associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train new employees on yard procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery in the yard.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Continue to Grow Goodwin Marine Services by recruiting new talent to join our team and customers to serve

Requirements:
- Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage resources.
- Proven sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers.
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on company standards.
- Experience in training development to create effective training programs for employees.
- A solid understanding of  Marine Mechanics and industry seasonality
