Pay Range: $18-$20/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional Patient Care Specialist to support our busy primary care office with 25 providers. This is a fast-paced, high-volume clinic, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and supported.

How will you make an impact & Requirements

Primary Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out with accuracy and professionalism
• Verify insurance and update patient records
• Collect co-payments and process transactions
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Handle medical records requests
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive patient experience
• Support general front office operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of front-facing customer service experience
• Healthcare front office experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Pleasant, professional demeanor
• Basic computer proficiency
• Spanish speaking is a plus , but not required
• Athena EMR experience is a plus

Compensation Range:
$18.00
to
$27.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
