Opportunity:

Physician - Interventional Cardiology Locums | Medford, OR Interventional Cardiology

Job Details:

• Provide inpatient interventional cardiology coverage with hospital onsite, clinic and call responsibilities


• Work schedule requires being onsite from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, followed by beeper call from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays


• Weekend coverage involves 24-hour beeper call responsibilities


• Minimum requirement of 7 shifts per month with at least 1 week of coverage monthly


• See approximately 6-10 patient encounters per shift


• Guaranteed 8 hours per day with overtime applying after 9 hours worked


• Must hold active Oregon medical license and DEA registration


• Board certification required in interventional cardiology


• BLS and ACLS certifications required


• Fellowship training required


• Phone screening with lead physician followed by team interview required


• 90-day credentialing timeframe
