Tender Greens are seeking dishwashers with an epic level of positive attitude, a strong work ethic, who thrive in a fast-paced team environment and have a strong desire to learn and grow in the restaurant space.
Tender Greens delivers inspired food, friendly service, and great value in a comfortable space. As a dishwasher, you are responsible for encompassing our goal of providing each guest with a truly wonderful experience as well as:
- Performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as properly cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies
- Restocking dishes in front and back of house
- Assisting with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested
- Light cooking and prepping duties
- Handling all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation

- 1+ year of work experience; preferably in a high-volume restaurant
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- A warm, authentic, helpful, and efficient nature
- Excellent communication and an outgoing personality
- Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
- Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations

Abilities include:
- Must be able to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
- Some bending/kneeling/stooping required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in a hot environment
