As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC), you'll collaborate onsite with dedicated support staff, providing invaluable services to help students develop their communication abilities and reach their full academic potential.


This full-time, contract position spans the entire school year, offering you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with both students and a supportive team. You'll work with a diverse K-12 caseload, ensuring no two days are exactly alike and allowing you to develop your expertise across a wide range of ages and abilities. Onsite teaching assistants will be available to help optimize your time and streamline therapy sessions.


Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Provide consultation to educators and families regarding student needs and strategies
• Engage proactively in team meetings and collaborative planning
• Adapt approaches to fit varying caseloads and specific school needs
