Mobile Product Manager Opportunity

An excellent opportunity for a Mobile Product Manager to work with one of the largest global banks in Charlotte, NC.

Pay Range: $55/hr – $60/hr

Job Description:

• The Mobile Engineering Product Manager is responsible for overseeing product development, adoption, and expansion for mobile application development, supporting various business lines.
• This role requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience in a technical product owner/business analyst position within a project-based environment, and at least 5 years of experience in leading/managing teams and delivering products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a vision for the product, including conducting user research with external vendors/clients and internal business partners to define client problems and opportunities the product aims to solve.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in all aspects of mobile applications, including a deep understanding of mobile frameworks, technical aspects of each product, and the underlying data used.
• Possess a deep understanding of Copilot & Prompt Engineer.

Required Skills:

• Experience in managing people and delivering functionality, with proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies, with working experience in agile tools like Jira preferred.
• Good time management skills, including the ability to set priorities, delegate work, coach team members, and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills at various organizational levels.
• Proven success in dynamic environments with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluency in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies/techniques.
• Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Understanding of the mobile applications space and its role for internal business units and external customers.
• Experience with UI/UX design and fintech.
• Experience working with tech teams and agile software development.
• Data literacy and an analytical mindset.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Business-centric mindset with the ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approaches to drive optimal business outcomes.
• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and cross-functional areas.
• Experience in communicating and presenting complex information to multiple organizational levels.
