Security Analyst

VigorCare Pediatric Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Analyst to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our company's information systems and data. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze security logs and events to identify and respond to potential security incidents Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to protect company data and systems Perform regular security testing and vulnerability scanning to identify and remediate any weaknesses Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all systems and processes Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends, and make recommendations for improvements to our security posture Conduct employee training and awareness programs to promote a culture of security within the organization Participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning and testing Document and maintain accurate records of security incidents and remediation actions Assist with regulatory compliance efforts and maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field Strong knowledge of security principles, standards, and best practices Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements such as HIPAA and GDPR Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, Security+) are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr VigorCare Pediatric Services
