Brake Press Operator

Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Brake Press Operator to set up and operate press brake equipment to bend, form, and shape metal parts according to specifications for a manufacturing company in Maynardville.


Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines
• Read blueprints, work orders, and measurements
• Bend and form metal parts to precise specifications
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
• Adjust machine settings as needed to meet job requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

1st shift, MON-WED 10 hours shifts. No OT, No weekends.


$15-$17/hr
