Make a meaningful impact in early childhood education as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school-based setting serving Transitional Kindergarten and Pre K students. This full-time contract position is based near West Terre Haute, IN, with a strong preference for therapists who can work in person. Collaborate with dedicated educators and help young learners build communication skills that last a lifetime.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist
• CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience working with preschool or early elementary students is advantageous
• Capability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Preference given to candidates available for in-person service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in Transitional Kindergarten and Pre K students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate progress across educational settings
• Maintain accurate evaluation, treatment, and progress records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and relevant training sessions
• Provide guidance and support to educators and families to reinforce therapy goals within the classroom and at home
