Advanced Practice Provider - APP - Cardiology

Position Overview SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital seeks a compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for our Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) Program. The program is accredited by the Adult Congenital Heart Association and provides comprehensive care for adults with congenital heart defects. Responsibilities Balance clinic work supporting cardiologists, inpatient consults, and independent patient follow-up. See patients ages 18+. Anticipate seeing 6‑8 patients per day once fully onboarded. Participate in intermittent daytime call sharing with the team. Follow an anticipated schedule of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. Provide care predominantly at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital, with some coordination with SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital. Qualifications Prefer experienced but will consider new graduates with relevant clinical and rotation experience. Practice experience in pediatrics, cardiology, intensive care, hospitalist medicine, proceduralist, operating room, or general family/internist medicine is reviewed. Board Certified Physician Assistant, or ACNP or FNP certified. Current PA licensure or RN and NP licensure in the State of Missouri.
