Association Development Solutions (ADS) is a boutique fundraising consulting firm partnering with professional associations and nonprofit organizations nationwide to strengthen fundraising programs and execute successful campaigns. We work closely with leadership teams to build sustainable revenue strategies that support mission-driven impact. We are seeking an Associate Fundraising Consultant to support client projects across campaign planning, prospect research, development strategy, and project coordination. Position Overview The Associate Consultant plays a key role in supporting client engagements and internal project execution. You will work closely with senior consultants while taking ownership of research, reporting, and project coordination. This role is designed as a pathway to increased responsibility, including greater involvement in client‑facing work and strategy development over time.
