The platform leverages more than a century of real estate investment experience and incorporates sustainability best practices into its investment principles to promote favorable relative returns over the long term. Key Responsibilities As Director, Commercial Mortgage Originator, the role centers on sourcing, structuring, and originating commercial real estate debt transactions for NYL REI's real estate debt investment strategy, working within the firm's institutional real estate investment platform. Qualifications Experience in commercial mortgage origination, real estate debt structuring, and institutional real estate investment platforms. Location Atlanta, GA.
