Operations Associate — AI-Driven, Global Compliance & Deals

Maze

Maze is seeking an operations-focused professional to take ownership of recurring financial tasks and enterprise paperwork, while scaling in-house tooling. This role prioritizes execution, accuracy, and reliability in a fully remote, globally distributed setup.

You will manage money flows, compliance timelines, and vendor onboarding, with exposure to board-level operations and opportunities to shape how Maze runs itself. The work grows alongside tooling maturity.
