Job Description

Join our team as a dependable CDL Class B Driver, supporting both commercial and/ or residential waste collection routes. This role includes operating collection trucks, completing daily routes, and providing safe, efficient, and professional service.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class B collection trucks safely and according to DOT standards.
• Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
• Collect waste and recycling on assigned routes.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and follow safety and environmental guidelines.
• Use lifting systems to empty containers and return them neatly.
• Operate automated, semi-automated, or rear-load trucks on residential routes.

Essential Skills

• Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record (must hold CDL license for 2 years).
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work early mornings, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Work Environment

Candidates must be comfortable driving and working in all weather conditions, 8-12 hour shifts with commercial routes starting at 1:30 AM and residential routes at 4:30 AM.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
