Hospitalist Opportunity In Moses Lake, WaGreat opportunity to join our local team of 5 hospital medicine physicians plus a medical director. Our physician teams deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care throughout the inpatient journey, ensuring timely decisions, coordinated treatment plans, and seamless transitions.Key Responsibilities:Providing inpatient care to a small, acute care hospital with an open ICU and minimal subspecialty support.Candidates must be comfortable with vent management, but are not required to do procedures.Flexible Scheduling:Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.We understand the importance of spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors. That's why we offer a flexible schedule that allows for work-life balance. Our team covers for each other when anyone is out, ensuring that you can enjoy time off without worry.Qualifications:Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine. Family medicine can be considered with demonstrated hospitalist experience.Ability to manage ICU patients without intensivist backup.Rewards And Compensation:Annual compensation between $370k - $400k, depending on shift commitment + incentives.Comprehensive benefits package including paid malpractice, including tail coverage, 401K with matching contributions, and annual CME allowance.
