Through strategic recruitment, operational excellence, and leadership, you will help build high-performing teams that support our clients, employees, and business growth.What's in it for YouCompetitive Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 / yearWork Site Location: Roseville, MNSet Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work.Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options.Career Growth: Career growth opportunities at GardaWorldTravel: Travel expectations vary by branch, with daily visits to client sites within the market.Your ResponsibilitiesLeadership to branch HR team members – may supervise 1-3 office, support staffTactically involved in the recruitment process to ensure a continuous applicant poolEnsure constant communication and use of the referral programManage and participate in targeted recruiting initiatives by communicating regularly with the General Manager, Regional Human Resources Manager, and Client Service Managers regarding specific recruiting needsAttend recruitment functions such as job fairs, career days, and other events to source candidateOversee or manage selection, on-boarding and placement process specific to all new employeesOversee the on-boarding process to ensure compliance with company standards such as PEAK and background checksCommunicate open and in process positions to all branch staffDistribute required weekly, and monthly reportingEnsure compliance to GardaWorld required training including Welcome to GardaWorld, Supervisor Training, CPR, and Driver required assessments, training, and checklistFacilitate employee engagement by co-writing eNPS action plans and encouraging officer recognition programs such as Officer of the Month and Making a Difference AwardsGuarantee compliance with all state licensing requirementsEnforce all state training requirementsSupport benefit communication during annual open enrollment and serve as an ongoing liaison between officers and corporate officeEnsure compliance with regulatory or collective bargaining requirements (where applicable)Process FMLA/LOA requestsManage all workers' compensation claims for the branchEnsure OSHA compliance and reporting for the branchComplete all requests for unemployment claims for the branchResponsible for creating a safety culture within the branchFacilitate branch progressive discipline policies and ensure it is executed fairly and consistentlyRespond to all Ethics & Compliance hotline alertsInvestigate all allegations of policy violationsYour Qualifications:Authorized to work in the United StatesBachelor's degree in a Human Resources field is requiredExperience can be substituted for educational requirements.SHRM-CP is preferredPrevious HR Management experience working directly with hourly entry level staff is required,Experience working with Unions is required.GardaWorld: Make the World a Safer PlaceIn the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
