Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based position in the **Kalamazoo, MI area**. You’ll support students' lives working in-person with students to support mobility, function, and participation at school. **Why Join Us*** Competitive pay (up to $50/hour)* W-2 employment with liability insurance included* Healthcare benefits\\* + 401(k) with company match* Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses* Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses **What You’ll Do*** Provide school-based evaluations, direct treatment, and progress monitoring for students (pediatric caseload)* Write and maintain IEPs, therapy plans, progress notes, and required documentation* Attend and contribute to IEP and multidisciplinary special education team meetings* Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success **What We’re Looking For*** **Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Michigan** , or licensed in another state and willing to obtain NC licensure ASAP* Pediatric or school-based experience preferred* Strong communication and collaboration skills* School-based experience preferred, not required **About Ampersand Therapy**Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
