Set up staging area and equipment for each project.Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient restoration processes.Perform production/restoration processes as directed.Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearanceInventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.Maintain an organized warehouse space. Clean and maintain the warehouse, office, and grounds, as assigned.Develop restoration expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment.Other tasks/duties as required by employer.RequirementsStrong work ethic with a foundation in customer serviceExperience in cleaning, restoration or construction industry preferredIICRC certifications preferredHigh School DiplomaValid Driver's LicenseAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawNormal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel RequirementsThis is a full-time position working 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including some evening and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected. After hours on-call is required on a rotational basis. Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated. Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
