Are you the person who notices when a picture is crooked, a lightbulb is out, a countertop was missed, or something simply doesn't look quite right?

Destination Willamette is looking for a dependable, highly detail-oriented person to join our Property Care Team. This is a hands-on, active role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, takes pride in making spaces look exceptional, and can work independently while staying connected with a larger hospitality team.

Destination Willamette, Lifestyle Properties, and PinotCar provide vacation rental management, transportation, wine tours, and concierge services throughout Oregon's Willamette Valley. Our Property Care Team is an important final checkpoint between our operational teams and our arriving guests.

Your job is to make sure our vacation homes are truly guest-ready—not just complete on a checklist.

What You'll Do

Guest-Readiness & Quality Inspections

• Complete detailed walkthroughs of vacation rental homes before guest arrivals.
• Inspect cleanliness, presentation, organization, amenities, and overall condition with a strong eye for detail.
• Identify anything that has been missed, damaged, misplaced, depleted, or needs additional attention.
• Make small corrections yourself when appropriate and quickly communicate larger concerns to Housekeeping, Maintenance, or Operations.
• Look at each home through the eyes of an arriving guest and ask: Does this home feel clean, cared for, welcoming, and ready?

Prepare Homes for Arrivals

• Complete final arrival setups according to Destination Willamette standards.
• Adjust lighting and thermostats and make sure the home presents well upon arrival.
• Confirm Wi-Fi, televisions, locks, and other guest-facing technology are functioning.
• Place wine, celebration items, dog amenities, concierge items, and other arrival amenities.
• Confirm required supplies, linens, and guest amenities are properly stocked and presented.
• Pay special attention to reservation-specific details such as guest counts, special requests, celebrations, pets, and additional sleeping arrangements.

Property & Guest Support

• Travel between vacation rental properties throughout the Willamette Valley during the workday.
• Deliver linens, supplies, amenities, groceries, or other items as needed.
• Assist guests onsite when a physical response or delivery is required.
• Support property inventories, organization, and restocking.
• Help maintain organized guest amenity and field supply inventory.

Communication & Follow-Through

• Use smartphone-based property operations software to receive, document, and complete daily assignments.
• Take clear photos and notes when reporting property conditions or concerns.
• Communicate promptly with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, and Operations when something needs attention.
• Follow issues through to resolution rather than simply identifying them.
• Help the team proactively catch problems before they become guest problems.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Must be able to drive between properties immediately upon hire.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable using smartphones, apps, photographs, text communication, and basic computer systems.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet, walk stairs, bend, reach, and move throughout residential properties during the workday.
• Weekend availability is required.

Previous experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, hotels, property management, housekeeping, home staging, cleaning, inspections, or other detail-oriented field work is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Full-Time Employment: Consistent hours with weekend availability required
