PreInstall Associate

Employbridge is hiring for Hardware Pre-Installers!

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hardware Pre-Installer to support our installation team by preparing and staging equipment for deployment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage hardware for installation and deployment
• Perform basic hardware setup, configuration, and functionality testing
• Inspect equipment for damage or defects prior to installation
• Label, organize, and manage hardware components and cabling
• Follow installation diagrams, technical instructions, and safety procedures
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and connectivity issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to safely use tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment (typically up to 25 lbs)
• Comfortable working in dusty or warehouse-type environments
• Previous installation or technician experience is a plus
