Master Mechanic

Cargill is seeking a Master Mechanic to keep critical manufacturing equipment reliable and safe at our food production facilities. In this role, you will diagnose and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues on production lines and support systems. You’ll lead preventive maintenance, guide junior technicians, and collaborate with operations to minimize downtime. Working in a safety-first, inclusive culture, you’ll support continuous improvement, documentation, and root-cause analysis, helping Cargill deliver sustainable, high-quality food products worldwide.
