Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010 (Travel RN pay)
• Location: Warrensville Heights, OH 44122 (Cleveland-area, Ohio nursing jobs)
• Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry Unit - cardiac monitoring, telemetry nursing
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (June 12, 2026 - September 11, 2026)
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19:00 - 07:30)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel RN / Travel Nursing

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN clinical experience required (telemetry nursing, cardiac monitoring)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or Compact (multistate) RN license in hand
• AHA BLS & ACLS certifications (active, no pending)
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Tele specialty (required for submission)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical or religious exemptions considered)
• Must successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation
• Ability to work at least every other holiday

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care as a bedside Registered Nurse in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit during night shifts
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry strips; recognize arrhythmias and respond per protocol
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, advanced practice providers, RTs, pharmacists) to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments safely and document according to facility policy
• Perform accurate patient assessments, document interventions and outcomes, and communicate changes in condition
• Participate in unit orientation, ongoing competency assessments, and professional development
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards
