Quality Assurance Consultant III

Quality Assurance Consultant IIIWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Consultant III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing, automation, and working within an Agile framework. This role will involve collaborating with development teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met across all projects.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or a related fieldMinimum of 6 years of experience in software testing5 years of experience in automation testing using tools like Selenium or TOSCAExpertise in testing User-Interface (UI) and database changesProven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester using SQL, database, ETL technologiesStrong experience in writing complex SQL queries using joinsExperience with Unix and ability to write and execute Unix commandsApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience in Autosys scheduling of jobsFamiliarity with the life cycle of projects (SIT, UAT)Experience working with globally distributed teamsDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on functional requirementsContribute to test planning and build test cases for stories in the given sprint as per story acceptance criteriaAutomate test cases in User-Interface (UI) and database using tools like Selenium/ToscaBuild and use test data required to accomplish execution of test casesExecute test cases, including manual and automated tests, and record test resultsTest new and existing features, debug code (units and integration), and report errors and failuresWork collaboratively with the development team for defect triagingExecute all levels of testing (Functional, Integration, and Regression)Design, develop, and execute automation scriptsDetect and track software defects and inconsistencies; provide timely solutionsApply quality principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle with appropriate support and documentationEnsure that all standards and processes are being implemented within projects
