Your responsibilities will include conducting initial assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities and needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic exercises. You'll provide hands-on support and guidance, ensuring patients are progressing towards their goals. Daily documentation of patient progress is essential, as is collaborating with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.You will also educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs. Additionally, maintaining a safe and organized treatment environment is a key expectation.
