What You'll Do As a Busser at Gersi RVA, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include: Clearing and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area. Assisting servers by replenishing water, bread, or other table needs as required. Keeping the restaurant floor clean and tidy during service hours. Supporting the overall flow of service by anticipating the needs of both guests and team members. Collaborating with the team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all. What We're Looking For We’re seeking a candidate who brings a positive attitude and a commitment to excellent service. Here’s what we’re looking for: 1 year of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A team-player mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills. A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to anticipate the needs of the team and guests.
