Registered Nurse Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 32 Compensation: Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00 Union Position: No Department Experience Required: Critical Care or Emergency Department Job Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. This position offers an opportunity to work independently and with a team of motivated professionals, providing ongoing collaboration and learning. Responsibilities The RN must provide high‑quality care to patients and families, be adaptable, communicate effectively, be detail‑oriented, and manage time efficiently. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program, including but not limited to AACN, ACEN, and NLN CNEA. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
