Syndicated Loans Closer

This Syndicated Loan Closer is joining the team within CIB Operations. Handles the syndicated loans operations/closing process. This closer would specifically be on the member syndicate loans side, representing a lender that is a part of the syndicate. Review loan documents, ensure compliance is complete, conduct internal risk checks, book the loan on their bank's balance sheet, and make sure all the documentation is present and accurate. Uses Loan IQ, and this closer needs to have experience working in that system as well.
