Assistant Kitchen Manager
We are looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our growing team! If you are interested in joining a dynamic group, we are looking for outgoing, driven hospitality professionals!
Assistant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience demonstrating leadership
- Strong tenure with no more than 2 job changes in the last 5 years
- Independent learner eager to work their way up within the company
- Culinary degree appreciated but not required
Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities and Traits:
- Hands-on management style, willing to work the line daily
- Strong attention to detail – curious and constantly in pursuit of improvement
- Comfortable with coaching and driving excellence
- Able to build relationships quickly and build solid teams
- High energy, positive, and passionate about hospitality
Assistant Kitchen Manager Benefits:
- Base salary up to 65K based on experience
- Attainable bonus structure at 10-15% of base salary
